Our office is between Milwaukee Avenue and Butterfield Road on Rte 176 (Park Avenue) in Libertyville.

Coming from the east on Rte 176, cross Milwaukee Ave (Rte 21). Pass the second stop light at the entrance to Libertyville High School. Take the next left turn lane and make a left onto Dymond Rd (no stoplight). The first driveway on the right is our complex. We are in the northwest building, 1029 W Park Avenue.

Coming from the west, pass the Butterfield Road stoplight. Within the first block look out for the "Care Animal Hospital" sign on your right. We are the next driveway on the right. If you miss this driveway, turn right at the next corner, Dymond Road, and then make a right into the first driveway. We are the northwest building in the complex, 1029 W. Park Avenue.
